We are now churning our own small batch vegan ice cream, free from eggs, dairy, soy and nuts to create ice cream celebration cakes. Each cake is a layering of thoughtfully composed flavors and textures.
Inspired by the peach melba dessert, we pair Peach with Lavender flavors for a delicious ice cream combo. We simmer peaches to a thick jam and whisk it into our signature ice cream base. We prepare a lavender syrup infusion to scent the second flavor base. The ice creams are layered with a toasted oaty shortbread crumble drizzled with a lingonberry caramel sauce. The cake is placed on a layer of gluten free vanilla chiffon cake and decorated with crisp freeze dried peaches and meringue crumble.
