We are featuring a limited-edition collection of new entremets this month — perfect for spring celebrations and holiday gatherings.

Entremets are elegant, multi-layered mousse cakes composed of velvety fruit or chocolate mousse, crisp meringue, silky custard filling (crémeux) and decadent chocolate ganache. The complexity of flavor and texture in each bite makes the entremet a uniquely satisfying dessert.

In addition to being dairy, egg and nut-free, these selections are also wheat and gluten-free, making them especially well suited for Passover.
