carrot cake


  • made with freshly grated carrots
  • orange juice, cinnamon and raisins
  • small 4" square cake serves one or two
  • large 8" round cake serves up to ten

INGREDIENTS: CAKE: carrots, organic raw cane sugar, organic unbleached all-purpose flour, organic unbleached cake flour, organic sunflower oil, orange juice, organic light brown sugar, black raisins, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking soda.  ICING: confectioners sugar, vegan soy free butter replacement, organic oat milk, vanilla extract. CONTAINS: wheat

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove from the freezer and let thaw at room temperature for 1 hour before serving or place in refrigerator overnight.

STORAGE:  For best results, keep refrigerated for up to one week or frozen up to three months.
